We thought this place was over priced. The rooms were okay but it was loud - you could hear every delivery truck and trash truck int he neighborhood and we had children next door that were having fun and we could hear every bit of it. The windows are poor. We had to move because our first room the windows would shake when the ocean breeze blew in. We did get a new room that was better. The complimentary coffee was empty for an hour and the one girl that was working the counter never did get it filled.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and the complementary cookies and milk was a lovely touch. Only negatives were that the bar was shut at times we wanted to use it unfortunately and shuffleboard did not have any powder which meant it could not be used which was a shame but these did not detract from our stay.

Happily surprised how nice this little hotel was. We only stayed 1 night but we had a fabulous time and appreciated the comfortable beds, free parking, and proximity to lots of local area attractions. I would definitely recommend and return again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and pier 39. Used local transit to go to oracle park for giants game. Had a great time! Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff were very friendly

It is very loud outside if you’re on the first floor. We had to make sure the fan was running on the a/c to drown out the outside noise. The hotel was very nice and clean and had some nice amenities to do on the property.

We chose this hotel for it's location, being kid friendly and comfy looking beds. It turned out to be more kid friendly than expected, we loved that about it. Location was perfect for walking to the wharf. Bed were not as comfy as they looked, but were decent. Down side is not coffee in room, but they do provide it down in the gathering room. All of the staff was awesome.

The check in staff was amazing, wish I got her name, the hotel is cute and quitcy, the room needs a DEEP cleaning, water pressure was terrible and too small, comfortable beds though. it was good for a one night stay, I wouldn't have an extended stay here.
