Excellent hotel near pier 39. It was my wife’s birthday and we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Convenient that it had underground parking and the room we got had a nice view of the bay and Alcatraz. Front desk was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Good property but expensive only because of its location. And they charge a really expensive resort fee at checkout. No restaurant, no kettle or coffee in the room. Staff is friendly.

The hotel facilities and location were great, but one of the receptionists that checked us in was incredibly rude. We had polite questions about whether breakfast was included in our rate (it's not!) and treated us with an attitude. We also booked two rooms and were charged for parking on both when we only needed to park 1 car. When we asked if we could be refunded for the additional parking fee, she condescendingly refused and said that since it was pre-paid, there was nothing she could do. It's disappointing, because the hotel itself is somewhere I'd be tempted to stay again, but the service made it not worth it--especially when there are so many other Fisherman's Wharf hotels to choose from.

This was a wonderful place to stay… close to Fisherman’s Warf, easily walkable to lots of shopping, the Piers, and the hop-on-hop-off busses, which are a must!! Only downfall was no coffee in the rooms. Staff and service were excellent. Thank you for a great first time experience in SF.

We found the property to very clean and people working there very nice. Good area to walk to all the fun stuff on fisherman wharf and Pier 39. The only bad note is no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in the room. It was noted you could request those but when we did they didn’t have any available. We finally got one the last couple nights of our stay.
