It’s nearby the BART Station and Powell Street Cable Car station so there were lots of homeless people. Not the hotel’s fault however. Very convenient location

Hotel was overall fine. Air conditioning unit is old fashioned, so it is a little loud and the filters might need to be changed as it had a certain smell after having been on for an hour. Valet is timely, but a little on the pricier side. Overall location is great and close to everything!

Nice staff overnight when my flight was delayed and I checked in at 3 a.m. Clean room in the midst of Union Square and trolleys. A delight to wake up to the sound of trolleys and minutes to sites. I couldn't find parking in the middle of the night - garages were closed with iron gates down - that was only detractor.

Front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. The lobby was pretty and we felt safe coming and going over two days. The house keeping staff did a great job and we felt well cared for though there were three of us in a very tiny room with uncomfortable and stained chairs that did not seat three people, we could not be in one space together. This room is just for sleeping. The safe was broken, and the closet door was difficult to open. the bathroom was large and bright, with nice towels but the mirror was very scratched. It was a good stay but the room was restful only for sleeping.

The hotel is great a lil small but great over all. Only bad thing says that they provide parking which is not free u have to pay $75 or $45 for a parking garage

I feel like the place was a fair deal. Its nothing too fancy, but its clean and has a convenient location. The city has a great transit system. Take the BART from the airport to a 4 minute walk to the hotel. The neighbourhood is a bit dicy at night, but mostly those people stay to themselves.

The lobby of this hotel is gorgeous, but unfortunately none of the amenities are open. Rooms are miniscule. No water stations. Loud window A/C. Good price, but you get what you pay for, and that’s a bed. I would not suggest more than one person per room, as you’ll be squeezing by each other. The bed was so close to the bathroom door that I stubbed my toes several times when exiting the bathroom. The room was old, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff is pleasant and courteous. If you’re looking for a discount price that provides a place to lay your head, this is it. Try Tad’s Steakhouse for a bite to eat. Easy walk to Big Bus bus stop and all transit. Great economy stay, but if you’re looking for luxury, this is not for you.

Great place to stay: Very well located, quiet (Except for that guy who was cleaning the sidewalk across the street at 2am one night), clean, friendly staff. Will stay again there for sure
