The bathroom air fan did not do a good job reducing odor. The bathroom was clean but had a lingering odor that wasn’t pleasant. I only saw one staff member and he was very pleasant. I had no idea when I booked where the hotel was located and as a single woman traveling alone I was a little nervous being on the ground floor but it was fine. The transportation service worked very well getting me to and from the San Francisco airport

This hotel has definitely been one of my favorite ones ever, they had easy parking that was included in the cost of the room and free breakfast that actually has a great deal of variety that most places don’t offer. Will definitely continue to book here the next time I’m in the area.

We travelled as a family of four, this includes a 1 and 3 yr old, and it was a great stay for our purpose of visiting family in the area. Easy access, good parking, several options in the vicinity for take out (little Pho bistro was amazing) and supermarkets weren’t to far when we needed something. Easy drive to downtown San Francisco, quick drive to the ocean and to the Zoo! The property was clean and the rooms smelled clean on arrival. The sink was in the room right as you enter instead of being in the bathroom, which we appreciated because it made simple food prep easier and cleaner then having to use a bathroom sink. Good counter space and great lighting. There was a microwave, keurig and mini fridge. The rooms have been nicely updated and the layout worked well for us. The walls are thin which I didn’t hear much but worried my kids crying were to loud for the surrounding rooms. Laundry was convenient, It was a fast cycle and machine has an agitator. Breakfast worked for us and we just bought veg and fruit to add to it. Boiled eggs (this could be improved as they were overcooked everyday, as in the yolk was grey, a few less minutes cooking or ice bath after cooking would easily solve this). Reception was friendly on arrival and helpful when we asked for anything. We didn’t use the toiletries provided, but if you intend to they are tiny little ones, I’m sure they’ll top you off if more is needed. The vents need cleaning as they had some dust accumulated.

The room was clean, comfortable and cozy, but the hotel itself didn’t really look nice or have a designated area for hanging out in the lobby. They do offer free shuttle service from the airport, which is amazing and I would highly recommend using that service instead of paying for uber or taxi because it does come every hour and it had a really nice and professional driver. The breakfast is included and I would say that it is just okay, meaning I would eat it, but not necessarily look forward to it. The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Great value if you are just looking for a nice, clean place to just sleep over at, have breakfast and then go explore the city, not the type of hotel that you would linger at during the day.

Booked this place for a quick overnight layover. Shuttle service was on time and reliable. Room is comfortable and clean. Only thing for my stay is, I was placed right next to the breakfast bar. You can hear early chatter and people preparing food in the early morning. Request to be away from the area if you are a light sleeper.

Hotel seemed recently renovated, comfortable bed, clean room, great staff. Walked down street for excellent breakfast at Big Joe’s Diner. Ihop is also close by. Walked to Wendys ( about a block) one night ..that was a little sketchy. Close to airport, 10 minute ride…free shuttle was good and convenient. We Ubered into SF to go sightseeing rather than try to park.. was $52 in and $38 back (about 17 miles). Even as close to airport as we were it was fairly quiet.
