This place is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The first room they gave us looked out on a filthy wall. I will admit that after I complained we got a room that looked out on Powell which was fine. I thought that this place was three stars. Only stay here if all you want is a bed. It was nicely located close to Market st. and the cable stop was in front of the hotel. The staff overall tried to be helpful. The only nice thing about this place. Oh god the toilet seat wouldn't stay up to pee and no wash cloth by the sink to hang a wet towel no door to close when taking a shower so the bathroom floor gets wet when walking out of the bathroom. I really wasn't happy Staying here.

Clean and the was comfortable. At the price I paid, I'm quite happy. No valet. Parking is costly, but, what do you expect. Spartan accomodations, but completely functional.

Very small hotel. Was okay as we didn’t plan on being in the hotel much either way but had no iron in room, they had no ice machine, and only 1 elevator that took forever. Room was tiny but in a decent area. We’re able to walk to many places. Wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. The hotel is straightforward aka no fancy amenities (spa, restaurant,bar). Great for work travelers or tourist when the majority of the day will be spent out.

Everything was nice but beware the parking is not the best. You will be paying about $40 a day if you use the parking garage which is about a 4 minute walk from the hotel. There was also an extremely noisy protest going on during my stay which was understandably out of the hotel’s control.

The room was so small. It was upgraded but i couldn't get past the sink next to the bed. We stayed one night and checked out and stayed at another hotel.
