It is San Francisco! I recognize that many of the issues are related to the city's management. Crazy bums hanging out on the streets. The location was convenient for me.

Nice hotel with good staff. Unfortunately, the property overall felt average, and did not meet expectations if previous JW stays. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable at all. Overall GOOD stay, and would return, but only if the price was right.

The JW Marriott at Union Square is a wonderful hotel. I stayed at many hotels in San Francisco in the past, the JW Marriott is one of the best that I stayed in, the other being the Fairmont. The JW Marriott is conveniently located on walk-in distance to Union Square. It looks newly renovated. Everything is impeccably clean. The decor is modern and beautiful. The lobby, elevator and hallways look modern and everything looks new and clean. The elevators are fast, have a view of the lobby and there is no wait for them. The room is spacious and modern. The be decor is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is very large, modern and the shower is great. The amenities are excellent. All in all an excellent experience . I will stay there again in the future
