This place is just off Broadway, which makes it convenient to a small market, a pharmacy, a great wine store and several good restaurants. The place is fine, missing some things like a dishwasher, but has good heat (it can get cold in B'game in winter), other essential appliances. We found it easy to cook in. There is parking, but it's hard to back out because of greenery on the sides. There was construction next door and a call or two from the manager about needing to get to something or for us to move our car, but it wasn't onerous. We couldn't get the Keurig to work but there was another coffee maker. Need some kitchen towels for drying dishes and a few more bowls. Nice not having anyone above you, and also to have a washer & dryer. Overall, a good stay.
