Nice clean hotel, only small issue was one of the elevators was not working. The Staff were all really nice and accommodating and the Conseirge were great to talk to and gave us info on nice deals in the area.

We ended up at this hotel for one night after a flight change and a scramble. I wouldn't say this spot is luxurious, but honestly just a lovely area to walk around. The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer. The room was simple but comfortable, and the location safe and an easy stroll to wonderful restaurants and the water. We would definitely return!

Perfect hotel!
Really great hotel. Check in staff (and all staff for that matter) were wonderful. They had flavored water in the lobby, and usually a delicious food tasting in the afternoon. They offered mini muffins and coffee in the AM. The courtyard was great to unwind around the fire place in the evenings. The location was perfect, close to a Walgreens and Trader Joes. Walking distance to the cable cars, Fishermans Wharf and Alcatraz pier. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay. The staff were beyond excellent. The area was great and very easy to get around. I highly recommend!! And we even got a card that gave us a discount at select restaurants.

Great location, staff was very nice. Room was only cleaned quickly, was very dusty. The long mirror has a coating of dust and who knows when the last time it was cleaned. Would stay again because the price and location was good.
