Très bien situé, à quelques pas de l'université. Endroit calme et sécuritaire. Hôte Ethan, répond vite et très accommodant. Par contre, aucune insonorisation, nous pouvions tout entendre des voisins en haut.

Perfect location for a visit to San Francisco. Used Uber/Lyft/WayMo every where.Trip with granddaughter - needed two9 bedrooms and two baths. Great for visiting USF
The location was perfect for our visit at USF. It’s a quiet neighborhood right next to the school. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. It isn’t really set up for cooking, so if you want that this wouldn’t work. Overall it was close to where we needed to be, walkable to a lot of places and had everything we needed.

Ethan's apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and all essentials were provided. The location is very convenient (walking distance from the Presidio and Haight-Ashbury), but still located on a quiet street. Street parking is available but limited to 2 hours during the day on weekdays, which may not be convenient to those who want to leave a car at the apartment while exploring the city.

Wonderful stay and accommodating host!
This apartment is such a gem. It's very clean and feels pretty updated when it comes to decor. It's also in a great location, close to everything, yet still in a quiet neighborhood that feels very safe. I stayed there with three friends and we needed a late check out, so for an additional fee the host was willing to accommodate that and we were super grateful. Overall the host was responsive, the stay was fabulous, and I would stay here again or recommend this property to anyone looking for a two bed/two bath in the city.

Really nice, quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk to public transit. Owner helped me by receiving delayed luggage while I was at work. Super clean place. Bathroom, esp. shower was excellent. Would definitely book again.

Still haunts me till this day
The owner of the property lives upstairs and what you’re booking is essentially the downstairs basement with no windows. I booked this airbnb for my fiancé and another couple for Outside Lands. A few hours after checking in we started hearing fighting coming from upstairs. It kept getting louder and was getting out of hand. I’ve honestly never heard people scream so loud and it was in a different language so we had no idea what was being said. It went on for about 5 mins and then we heard loud thuds and screams and knew it had turned physical so us 4 ran up the staircase from the basement (where we were staying) up to what we found being a locked door to the top floor where the owner lived and that’s when a girl started screaming HELP HELP he won’t let me leave HELP ME PLEASE. We all started banging on the locked door yelling let her go we are calling the cops. He heard us and said OK I’m letting her leave. We run outside and a girl bolts out his door and runs into our arms crying and thanking us. At this point my girlfriend and I are crying with her. She was hysterical telling us he wouldn’t let her leave and was being abusive. She called her dad and he came over and we exchanged numbers to keep tabs on her to make sure she was okay cus she was very distraught. As for the owner….He never came out to address it nor did he apologize. We all felt very unsafe and I hope no one else has to experience what we did as it was terrifying and we were very uncomfortable staying there.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 4. The apartment was as advertised with plenty of room, clean dwellings, and prime location at the center of SF. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a USF graduation. It was exactly as advertised. Convenient to both campus and local spots for food and shopping. The host is super responsive and attentive. Easy enough street parking, clean and modern. As advertised, be sure to note the kitchenette. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large sink. Not a place to cook and eat meals. Two couples comfortably each with a full bathroom.
