Huge disappointment
What a disappointment. We chose the Omni to spend our anniversary and nothing was done to make our time feel special. The front desk told us they “upgraded us” but we were given the exact room we paid for. There are zero amenities - no body lotion, nothing to make you feel at home - and we spent the same as a room at the Ritz. Should have stayed there but we stupidly believed the reviews. The waiter in Monte’s was incredibly rude and dismissive, and we expected so much more from a hotel of this price point. Don’t waste your money - go to a better hotel.

Nice hotel and safe area
The hotel is in really great condition, well positioned and walking distance to everything. The area is very clean and homeless free which made me feel safe - highly recommend. Check in was easy. I initially had a one bed room booked but plans have changed and I asked for a two bed room which was easily accommodated. We asked for amenities (slippers) and that was delivered to our room in 5 minutes. The hotel has free coffee and water in the lobby as well in the room, which is so nice if you don't have breakfast or you're a coffee first thing in the morning person. The bar is also really nice and offers food. This is my go to hotel in San Francisco.

Not only was this hotel beautiful, but the staff was so friendly! Gerardo at the bar, the front desk gave us a mini fridge and microwave, the cleaners folded our clothes and put them away!! Bell hop was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was beyond comfortable. Water pressure was so strong and the room was so clean…

Excellent centrally located clean hotel. They have great shower with good pressure. In fact you could probably pressure wash your sidewalk with their shower. I personally can't stand showers that trickle and drop so this is a huge bonus for me. They also actually have fantastic room service with quality food, at least for breakfast. They are pet friends too! I highly recommend this hotel to families. It's my family's main hotel when we are visiting SF now.

I had an exceptional stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. The team truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The valet service was both professional and welcoming, and the doormen were exceptionally kind. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was attentive, even providing a vase for our flowers. Dinner and drinks were intimate yet elegant, with every detail, including the delicious fortune cookies, contributing to a wonderful dining experience. This hotel has become my go-to choice for future stays in San Francisco. Thank you for making us feel so special.
