Older property but in good condition and our room seemed recently renovated. If you need a moderately priced, clean place to stay ( with parking) conveniently located between both Chinatown and Little Italy/North Beach consider this hotel. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars and transportation. There’s an “ Anthony Bourdain” featured restaurant across the street and very close to famous cable car lines. Staff was friendly and help with dining suggestions. Adequate and affordable if all you need is a place to sleep.

This is a well-run, clean, convenient value hotel. It's not fancy by any means, but finding a nice spot in a good location that has parking included in SF is hard to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean enough and the bed was comfortable. I hesitate to tell anyone about this spot because I want to keep it all to myself. haha.

In the heart of Chinatown, this hotel is simple yet clean. It is a great place to sleep and enjoy the sites in the area. The folks of this area take care of keeping the streets clean and the open market is a place everyone should visit. I would stay there again as it was safe.

Excellent little place in a sweet spot!
I was very pleased with the motel. The staff were very pleasant and extremely accommodating! If you need special arrangements, just ask and they will go out of their way to assist. The location is excellent right on the boarder of little Italy and Chinatown! Food galore!

It is located in the heart of China town in SF, the facility is outdated but the location is perfect for people wanting to explore downtown and the fisherman's wharf. I also want to mention the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great bang for your buck in the City
This place was a great find for a single night stay for an affordable price right in the heart of the City. It's simple, but my room was clean, folks at the front desk and parking garage were very friendly and helpful, and the location is in a vibrant part of SF where there are a lot of dining options. It was pretty loud with street noise, to be sure, but with the free parking, the bang for your buck of this place is pretty awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
This is our favorite place to stay in the city, safe, walkable, free parking and super friendly service. On the edge of China town and north beach with so many things to see and do within blocks of the hotel. We love it! We recommend it to everyone we know and they've all been thrilled too, this was or 14 stay here and we will be back this week!
