Everything is clean and new. The rooms were actually well maintained & had proper size/space. Love the walkin closet. The safebox was a bit too high for petite me tho lol. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Tge lobby & cafe was my fave place to work. I will go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - the room was surprisingly large for SF, clean, modern and well appointed. There is a cafe downstairs with fresh juice and breakfast hot. The neighborhood is close to the tenderloin, so expect lots of homeless people, but I used to live in SF so I know that. It's a convenient location however, and I loved the hotel! Note there is no valet parking, but there is a parking garage around the corner that you can negotiate unlimited in and out privileges for about 40-50/day.

Great hotel at a good cost.

The stay was great, the beds were comfortable, and we really liked the bathroom and shower. The elevators were also fantastic, they worked very quickly, and they were never crowded. The concierge was really great as well and very accommodating. The location was also prime, there were many shopping options and eateries. There is also a very convenient parking garage right down the street as well, but the prices are fairly high, so be considerate of your options before booking.
