This is my 2 nd stay, i came last year. First, the staff are all very helpful, and nice. The rooms are nice, they have a great pool and tables, around. They serve a free breakfast, and they have a nice restaurant on premises. I also like this spot, because of its location. Location Location Location! It’s close and walking distance to other restaurants and a market. In the evening, the shuttle came and picked me up, from the airport. What a peace of mind. This will be the place i stay , when i arrive in san jose. A sincere thank you, for all the staff that helped me.

We really love the gardens around the courtyard pool. We didn’t realize there was a second bathroom in the suite so that was a nice surprise after a long flight. The shuttle took us directly to our car rental pick up. There are 5 restaurants and a grocery store next to the hotel. We were very happy we chose to stay here.

Everything was excellent, the workers were ready to serve us, we didn’t know where to go for our room and I ask a lady, she was cleaning but she stop what she was doing to walk with us and show us where the room was she was so so nice, I didn’t take her name, but she was extra nice, then at the restaurant for breakfast everyone was so attent to help us in any way, I’m for sure recommend this hotel to everyone, and it’s a very beautiful hotel, thank you so much

Only downside was there is only one small hidden exit to get to the street on which the hotel is on. If you miss it it’s a 12 minute turn around because there’s not another exit close by to return

The property grounds are beautiful, very nice pool and restaurant. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable, but the phone did not work and the shade was stuck closed so we couldn’t look out our window. The room was very basic. Also, no elevator.

While the staff was great the facility was lacking. The corridor to the room was narrow, WI-FI was as slow as dial up, no bath fan, TV did not work, telephone did not work, no elevators so you have to carry luggage up stairs, no smoke detectors or fire sprinklers.

The outside area around the pool was beautiful. They could use some more poolside lounge chairs. Mambi Restaurant’s buffet breakfast was great as well as free for guests. My only complaint was the lack of any room decorum. There isn’t an elevator so I requested a room on the ground floor near the pool. The walls were painted different shades of white and there were no pictures on the walls, making it very blah. It really needs to be updated and made colorful. Housekeeping staff were congenial as were the front desk staff. Taxis are readily available but traffic flowing past the hotel are in gridlock between the hours of 2 and 6. Give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination or you will surely be late! Finally, I felt very safe at this hotel.

Nice place overall but our room seemed to be a handicap room and the shower had no divider from the rest of the bathroom and water ran under the shower curtain into the rest of the bathroom which was rather unsafe.
