This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Awful experience, I had a breaking and entering in the middle of the day and when police came there were nearly no surveillance footage for them to view so if you want to pay for a hotel room and then get robbed, good luck you’ve found the right place, for those of you who haven’t lost your sanity, avoid this place at all costs!!!!! I decided to leave this hotel right away and switched to a safer place, when I asked for refunds for the days I didn’t stayed in, they denied it with no hesitation whatsoever, which really makes me wonder if their staffs knowingly work with armed criminals and make a dirty profit from such activity. Just disgusting.

Found lots of hair left all over the bathroom when we got in. Also there was a fight (yelling) outside in the halls made it hard to sleep.

Don’t stay here
We only stayed one night because we were flying out to Hawaii in the morning. Got there around 9:30 and was very hopeful that this would be a nice short stay. My family and I were very disappointed. The rooms were very small and when the pull out couch was used, there was literally no room to get to the main bed or bathroom. It was very squishy and uncomfortable. We needed extra blankets and pillows and went to the front desk to grab some. Thank goodness we did when we did because the guy after us asked for some extra pillows and blankets and he was told he would have to wait until the laundry was done. In the morning when we went to check out around 5 am, there was nobody at the front desk, just a sign telling us to go to the laundry room around the corner. When I went to the laundry room nobody was there. I waited for about 10 minutes walking up and down the hallway and back to the front desk. Nobody was around to help. So I just left my key cards close to the front desk computer and prayed nobody would steal the cards or that I’d eventually be checked out.
