First, there was no glass turntable in the microwave in the room, so I checked with the front desk and was told that there was no one in charge and they could not provide one until tomorrow morning. We were only staying one night. We were allowed to use the microwave in the breakfast area to eat the food we had bought outside and were going to eat in our room, and we had to carry it upstairs to our room. This was very tedious, inefficient, and disappointing. Also, there was no hanger in the room, no wick to put toilet paper in the toilet, and the leg of the ironing board was broken, making us wonder why such a room with so many deficiencies existed. It was our bad luck to be shown such a room.... Of course, the next time we stay in San Jose, we will never choose this place.

i did not like anything this property is very dirty and not safe. the room was in very bad condition and the shower does not work and the lights did not work neither.

The staff was very nice but I would never go back. The carpet looked like it may have been involved in a major crime scene from "Criminal Minds," and I was almost certain a possible episode was being reenacted in at least 3 or 4 rooms, the second-floor walkway, both stairwells and a decent part of the parking lot. I brought my children (aged 10 - 15). Unfortunately, going on the photo, I thought it was a great spot, so they had their own room... I literally couldn't sleep because I worried about them the whole night. Our AC didn't work, the bathroom was gross, and also contained very suspicious stains. The pipes made a God awful high pitch squeal for about 2 hours. The shower/tub faucet was broken. The coffee maker was broken. Hair dryer - you guessed it... Broken. There was construction happening, so we couldn't park anywhere near our room. I thought the hot tub looked nice - but discovered it was the pool! But it was clean and looked very inviting. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and I felt sorry for what they have to deal with. We got a ton of TV channels through direct TV I believe it was, so that was nice as well.

Walked in . Shabby carpet, smelled of tobacco, shower pan looked dirty, gaping hole in bathroom dry wall where shower head comes out and a bed bug on top of comforter. Walked right back and turned keys in and told staff place was unacceptable. Clerk said he canceled reservation, but to check with Expedia. Good luck with that. Terrible property
