Unfortunately, their airport transfer vehicle is a mini-van (holds 2 - 3 people) and it was already booked so we had to pay for an Uber. The front desk staff apologized about the inconvenience. We chose this hotel because it said airport transfer was included. Very disappointed at this lack of service. Will not stay here again.

Shower handle not working, ask for staff to pick. They told me all staffs left after 5pm on Saturday and i can't ask for thing like extra pillows.

Close to the airport. Many hotel choices near by.
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Bathroom faucet and door are strangely set-up. A few ants in the bathroom as well. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices.

What I didn't like was that when I checked in they couldn't give me my room key. They were having problems. So everytime I left my room.I have to wait for someone to open my door.

I saw a handful of small ants when filling my water bottle at the filling station, but just thought it was a little gross. Unfortunately as I was about to go to bed, I found the same ants in my bed four floors up. No one came to clean until the next morning, and that evening I still had ants.

Arrived at hotel at 4:15 pm. We were told our room was not ready. When I stated that check in time was listed as 3 pm the clerk told me that was not guarranteed. This was a first for me. I could understand this if I had walked in off the street, but I had made a reservation months in advance. Overall the place looks like it is not keeping up with maintenance needs.i was finally informed that my room was ready at 5:30.

My only complaint would be that one elevator was down for mainteince and that's all I can think of, staff was courteous, professional, respectful, helpful, the room was prestine and clean and modern with all amenities. The complementary breakfast was tasty, upkept and cleaned the whole time. I even tried to stay again on my way back south but they were sold out and rightfully so.

Our first time at this hotel. Nice comfortable room and bathroom. We were thankful about getting into our room a bit early as our flight arrived before 9am. Didn't like the TV options - we prefer hotels that have Youtube and Netflix to connect to. We wanted to use the pool but didn't have time because we were in town for a concert with friends. Breakfast didn't look very interesting so we skipped. Appreciated the airport shuttle I'd stay again but hope they upgrade their TV options.
