It was my husband and I, first time visiting Costa Rica and it won't be our last. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pibi Boreal. It's a family owned hotel. You are treated very well from the time you get picked up. The property is a peaceful and tropical atmosphere. If that's what you love then, this would definitely be the place. The best part of our stay is having breakfast delivered to my room every morning and sitting on the balcony and eating while listening to the tropical wildlife. Thanks to Mathieu, his wife and also Sebastian for making our birthday weekend special.

nice place to stay after we got in late from our flight. Room was comfortable and breakfast was served to our door and we ate on the patio which was super relaxing. Great service, friendly staff. Felt very safe:)

Amazing forest all around, you are in the trees. Sadly we were unable to stay for breakfast as we were there one night and had to leave very early for our flight. Great staff and great recommendations for dinner

Excellent location close to the airport and yet seemed like you were in a rural part. Nice nature path behind the hotel. Nice continental breakfast (fruits, croissants, toast, coffee). The owners Mathieu and Nidia are very helpful with suggestions of where to go and where to eat. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is beautiful and quiet. It is about 15 minutes away from the airport. What makes it even more pleasant is the wonderful owners who make your stay comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast is great and they try their best to accommodate your needs. I definitely recommend Pibi boreal.

This place is amazing. Also, the family running it are so friendly. They are great host’s delivering breakfast to our door each morning. The room was very large and very clean. It was also a very secure location with great views. I would highly recommend to others.

El hotel es lindísimo, sólo hay 5 cuartos con vistas hermosas, hay espacios muy lindos para caminar y el desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación para poderlo disfrutar en tu terraza privada. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, Nidia y Mathieu son excelentes anfitriones.

Great first night
The hosts were great. Our flight was delayed and it was no issue in changing our pick up time. Breakfast was a decent start to the day. They also helped get us a taxi to our car rental, which was very speedy. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space in the room. Everything was very clean. My only complaint, was that within minutes after arriving we received a messege to talk quieter. I did not see it until days later, as it was on whatsapp. However it was 945pm. We were connecting with our friends from another state, so yes we were excited. We were in bed by 10pm. I would suggest you list your quiet hours on your website to avoid any future negativity or disruption to other guests.
