Some Staffs/ Housekeepers is Rude.
Over all our stay was great and the person who assist us when we check in is nice. But when we are having breakfast the other day the woman on the front desk is not nice. She even told us a wrong information when i ask her a question on until what time is the breakfast serving. She was so rude and even not smiling to the customers. Most of the housekeepers is having a hard time on speaking English. I hope they learn some basic English language so that they can understand their customers. The last time is when we were about to check out. It’s not yet our time for check but the housekeeper wants us to go out on the room already. We are still double checking the room if we forgot some of our things but she is rushing us to leave. So rude. I don’t know if she was the head of the housekeepers.

Pretty good stay
Stayed here for the night while traveling home with our kids. Overall I would say our stay was good. The pros. The lady who checked us in was super nice and check in was easy. We told her that we had lost our iphone somewhere in our car so she called our phone for us. The breakfast was really good. I showed up for breakfast a few minutes before 9:30. The gal that was putting away everything was very sweet and said I could dish my breakfast up. They had the standard fare. Bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt. They also had eggs & turkey sausage. The eggs were good and the turkey sausages were ok. The room was clean and the bed was exceptional. The cons. There weren’t enough parking spaces so you had to park in the parking garage. Since there weren’t any luggage carts you had to make multiple trips to unload. The area was a bit sketchy but not too bad. There was a pile of empty beer bottles outside our room. The walls are thin when someone uses the bathroom you can hear the water from flushing from another room. It was a bit noisy outside too. At 3 am someone was making a racket out in the parking lot. Was difficult to get enough sleep.

I didn’t like the registration process, the lady at the desk was getting my info at the same time she was answering the phone calls making us wait in between each call. It took us 30 min before we finished registration bc of the lady being with people on the phone ridiculous after 3 hours drive nobody should be waiting that long.

I made a reservation for two rooms since I have a big family. I also saw that the hotel offers connecting rooms so I went ahead with this one. When I arrived I was greeted by the office lady commenting on how it was so many of us. First thing she asked was how many rooms did we get? Im guessing she assumed we were trying to stay in one room. I asked if our rooms were connecting and she said they dont open them for safety reasons. They did give me rooms that were next to each other but regardless it was very inconvenient as I had to let my wife and daughters alone in one room. The hotel itself isn't too bad. The next morning room service came knocking on my door asking what time I was leaving mind you it was 8am and checkout isnt until noon. I had read other reviews that the staff was friendly I guess not all are.
