Me quede en el Wyndham de Guatemala y la calidad es muy superior. Mis expectativas del Wyndham de San Jose no se cumplieron. La ducha no sale caliente. Me dijeron que era porque son un hotel ecologico. Mi cuarto tenia olor a comida en algunos momentos del dia y el servicio del restaurante fue malo porque tenian un evento y pocos meseros atendiendo.

The location is very convenient. Breakfast is included which is good; not the very best but it is good. The tv remote control was missing and they don’t have extra. And room phone didn’t work (only in speaker mode). But bed was very comfortable. We love the jacuzzi is very clean and nice.

I was charged twice for their airport transportation. After which they told me that was only one payment and had to pay again to get an uber because they never even contacted the taxi service. They also tried to tell me the payment I made was only for one service. Utter rubbish. The shuttle was 45 usd and I was charged 50.85 usd twice for the service. I want my money back!

Our favorite place to stay in San Jose.

We have always enjoyed staying at this property because it is clean, quiet and has the best breakfast in town. We fly in from Oklahoma and often arrive in San Jose late enough we need to spend the night before going to our home on the South Pacific coast. This is a place you can count on being a good quality hotel.
