While our stay at the hotel was generally positive, I was quite frustrated by the difficulty in reaching the front desk. My husband lost his phone before reaching the hotel, and I spent over an hour and a half trying to contact him through the hotel. Despite multiple attempts, the calls kept disconnecting. When I tried contacting reservations, I was told there was no alternative way to reach the front desk. However, the hotel staff deserves immense praise. They went above and beyond, performing a near-impossible feat by locating my husband's lost phone. Their exceptional service truly saved the day. Without their help, I would have rated the hotel with one star. The staff deserves ten stars for their dedication and problem-solving skills.
