The hotel was lovely however, the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation so it gets very hot and the lighting isn’t idea for applying makeup. In addition, there were no hand towels available and the water wasn’t very hot. While the bar service by the pool was very kind, there were limited options as the hotel doesn’t really have it up and running to full capacity. Lastly there is no iron in the rooms or microwave so having a mini fridge is kind of useless.

This hotel was very beautiful and boujee looking for such a good price!! The staff is amazing, helpful & very friendly, especially Jeremy. Thanks to him my experience was 10 times better. Will definitely be booking again & recommending to family and friends!

Wonderful hotel! It looks just like the pictures. Could relax in that pool all day! Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to the beach. Lots of dining options nearby too. Go to the Paneria nearby. This is a new hotel and they’re still working some things out—eg I had issues w the water temperature in my room. But they were responsive and handled it very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was stunning and you can tell a lot of time was spent on the aesthetic of the hotel. However, it is not at all practical for guests to stay in. On arrival to the room the floor was so wet we had to dry it with a towel. They keep a towel near the shower floor because the water leaks out onto the floor. In the room 1 queen bed room the shower is right next to the bed and the toilet is closed off but within a couple of steps away from the bed. With room service, they didn't exchange our towels.Further, the property is still new and construction was still on going. Each morning we woke up to extremely noisy construction work that was being done on the property for hours long. The restaurant was still not opened, the bar was also not open on most of the days. The bartender did not even know what the most popular drink of Puerto Rico was when we requested a Medalla. The room we have stayed in was the room 1 queen bed which had no shelves or nightstands so we had to live out of our suitcases for 5 days. It had a refrigerator in place of a nightstand and a decorative ladder instead of a nightstand again prioritizing the aesthetic over practicality for their guests. Lastly, we aren’t sure if it is because the room is so small with the shower near the bed but the sheets smelled horrible like old wet clothes there was also pieces of someone else’s hair on the bed once we arrived. The hotel is new but there are a lot of adjustments to be made for guests to stay comfortably.

Very small swimming pool. When the hotel was advertised as for adult only, it meant rowdy, noisy, indecent and obscene behaviors and aggressive (drunk?) young women having no to little self control loitering at the pool late at night, with loud music blasting. Management and staff may be too young to be willing to confront such wild party animals. Very small rooms, with little room for a suitcase. Finishing building material for floor and walls are sloppy. HVAC was noisy. Digital lock on the door was a smart lock that does not latch. Toilet paper holder installed too far back and not stable. Will unlikely book again. Do not recommend sadly.

The property itself was beautiful. The reason i gave it low rating was because no refrigerator, microwave, dresser or safe in room and my towels were never refreshed. We had to ask for new towels. Also the restaurant is not opened yet. The breakfast was of mini croissant, cookies, yogurt, some fruit and coffee. We were not impressed. Unfortunately we wont be staying there again.

Fancy little hotel with potential 5 star rating. First, if cleaning improves. Pool needs to be filtered continuously, rooms could use air fresheners and better floor cleaning, also outside table area should be cleaned more frequently. Second, the hotel dining and breakfast could be improved. There should be options at least for drinks like bottled water, a coffee & tea station, maybe soda. Without leaving the property. If the bar and restaurant becomes functional, even with a small menu. There is definitely potential.

My stay at Bali was the most amazing experience! All staff is the sweetest! For my stay I came at 8am from the airport but I didn’t have check in til 3pm and they let me put my luggage’s in a little room til check in time, when it came to check out, we checked out at 11am but we weren’t gonna leave til 9pm so they let us leave our bags in the same room and let us use the pool to spend the day, as well as letting us use their shower after, I recommend this hotel to everyone! Most definitely will be back! :)

Very disappointed as we did not have hot water to shower with for the 5 days that we stayed at the property. There wasn’t a peaceful night there as the beds are very uncomfortable and the pool area is extremely noisy with drunken parties every night until 11:30 pm. The rooms all smell moldy due to the water that runs under the walls from the showers. The bedding or towels were not changed during our stay nor was the room cleaned even after we placed the sign on the door to encourage cleaning. We had to purchase our own toilet paper as we were given 1 roll for 2 people to use the entire stay. I messaged the property to discuss these issues and have not received a response therefore I want to warn people not to bother booking this location

It’s a beautiful property but is not finished in certain areas so I feel I didn’t get the full experience of the resort. Theres some developmental flaws but it is overall beautiful, would suggest bringing a wash cloth. And the breakfast included is just cookies, yogurt, and croissants so not rlly hotel breakfast. But they have lots of nice spots in the walkable distance like espana and pizza city its 24/7.

I will start to say that the place was beautiful. Staff was friendly. I was charged for “breakfast “ come to find out the only breakfast was coffee chocolate chip cookies coffee water and yogurt. I’m sorry but if I’m getting charged for breakfast I would expect eggs pancakes or something in that sort. Also kind of bummed out because I was on vacation celebration my daughters birthday and bar was super limited and only open few hrs. I feel like they could’ve waited until everything was set up in order to open. Not to mention our last night it poured and roads were flooded, couldn’t even get out of the hotel.
