Hotel was disappointing in terms of portraying itself as ready and established, the bar was far from ready and so was the restaurant and spa, the pool is so small and the room service is nothing short of disgusting. Room service would not give us new sheets and would just re fold our old ones but, after a week of staying there that was better than getting the alternative. Our first room was incredibly small until we complained and got upgraded to a suite. Our stay in pr was great but this hotel added the only headache to the trip. :(

It’s the perfect secluded place for a quick weekend get away. They have only been open for 2 months, so there is a few small quirks to work out but those come with time. Over all, amazing services and environment. I will be back!!

Bali Poshtel was still in the end of phase of renovation when we stayed, but it was very clean and the room was unique and nice. The hotel staff were a bit unprofessional but they were friendly. We were just passing through on our way out to Vieques, but it was a good value to stay for the night. It will be nice to see it when they have completed the property upgrades because it had a posh vibe and pool area looked nice. Not the most welcoming area to walk in at night, but didn't seem dangerous at all, and you are really quite close to a very nice beach across the highway in Isla Verde.

Hotel had a cool vibe with nice amenities. The pool area was relaxing with a nice outdoor bar/restaurant. Overall, a very quaint and quiet space close to the beach and a quick drive to San Juan. The food at the restaurant in the hotel, Laut, was absolutely delicious with beautiful plating. An elevated yet comforting dining experience.

Great hotel the only thing is that check in is @3pm. I came in from my flight @5am and I had to keep myself busy until like 2:30pm:( I think they should flip the time of check in and check out! Check in should be @11am and check out should be @3pm!

The location is excellent and the hotel itself looks beautiful on the outside. Unfortunately we had no hot water and were not offered any other accommodations just “we need to fix the water heater but we don’t know when they’ll fix it”. Room appeared clean but then I started finding fake lashes in the bathroom and in the bed sheets so the bed is definitely not cleaned properly. They never had the bar open or the restaurant on site opened even though they offer it on the website.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very courteous. The front desk man Jeremie was amazing. He showed us around the entire property during check in. He also checked on us periodically during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I gave this hotel 4 stars only because the water pressure and drainage in the shower was horrible. Other than that our stay was wokderful

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, I really enjoy it there and I can’t wait to go back. It’s a new hotel and is close to the beach, airport and restaurant. 15 minutes from the el viejo San Juan

The property was beautiful. The only issue was that it’s open with no ceiling so when it rained, the floors got very wet and slippery. They didn’t have any washcloths and housekeeping didn’t speak English so that made it hard for communication but other than that, everything in the hotel was nice. it was near transportation, but it was on a busy road so kind of hectic. Also, the water in the shower did not get hot.

The place was bad. Terrible neighborhood. The food was limited. Breakfast was terrible. No juice, stick of butter laying on counter without a plate or knife or cover. Rooms incredibly small and hard to maneuver. No hot water. No wine in the bar. Just everything amateur. The staff was nice..it wasn't their fault.
