What a surprise!
Beautiful property; it really is just like the photos. East check in, of street parking and very conveniently located. Everything seemed brand new. Friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this property.

I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get in touch with anybody because there’s no front desk. But they are very nice and friendly. They always answer the phone and very quick with help. If they don’t answer for some reason. They will return your call under at least 10 minutes. Overall. I loved it. They are great

The location was very near to a lively night life. A short walk and there was food and drink with hundreds of people having a good time. It was far enough to not be heard from the hotel and close enough to walk to easily. Great stay especially for the price.

As someone who has had the pleasure of staying at Casa Ciana three times now, I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite places. Each visit, Jorge has been nothing short of incredible—attentive, kind, and always making me feel right at home. Whether it’s my first or third stay, they treat me like family, and it’s that kind of hospitality that keeps bringing me back. The location is another huge plus. Being so close to Calle Cerra means you’re just steps away from some of the best spots in town, yet the peaceful vibe of Casa Ciana makes it the perfect retreat after a day out. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service and a prime location, Casa Ciana is it!

It was in a very nice location and the hotel was very boutique and nice, but it was a true 250 square feet and everyone shared the common area. People were loud in the morning and I'm a night owl. So the proximity of the rooms and amenities wasn't necessarily optimal for me. The room was right next to the street so there was that noise too. I would've given them 4 stars, but I hate when people are rude when I've already checked out, it's extremely unprofessional. I shouldn't have to send a snarky response while navigating boarding my plane. Pet peeve.

The property itself is kept nice and clean. Very secure. Solo traveler here felt very safe. The service was phenomenal the Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Jorge had the best response time and was very kind. Everything in the room was very new and modern. They provided all amenities complimentary soda, coffee, bottles of water. The hotel is located in a very convenient area Bars and entertainment are walking distance. Plus a bunch of great food options definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again
