We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and service was great. The rooms are just what we needed for a few days in PR. The hotel is close to both food and shopping options and we loved the hotel’s beach club down the block. Will definitely stay at Abitta again.

Staff was very helpful & professional. Room was good, just had a minor mishap with bugs. The valet parking was helpful, since parking was limited. Love the Condado Gastro Bar, we had breakfast every morn & the hotel gave us $100 per room to use toward restaurant/bar. The staff & chef were wonderful. The service was great, polite & friendly waitress.

The staff is AMAZING but the hotel (pool, bathrooms, lobby, rooms, etc) are in need of serious updates. Overall this is a budget hotel with lots of restaurants nearby and in a good / safe area of Condado.

I tried to like this hotel, but I couldn’t. The room wasn’t soundproof. Early in the morning, you will hear the hotel workers talking loudly in the hallway. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. I had a roach in my room which I was so disgusted and even told the front desk they respond was sorry and didn’t do anything about it and had to tell them to clean the room.

I really liked that it was only a few blocks to the beach. Nice swimming pool and never crowded. Keep doing what you do the staff is Amazing Great.

The star rating is listed as three stars, but it's two stars at best. The pictures are very flattering. Water was turned off on my second day. They notified us that the restaurant was closed, but not that they lost water. It was only this hotel; the one next door still had water. The internet didn't work one day. As a remote employee, this was not acceptable. On at least two days, the business center was closed because they were using it as storage. Again, they gave us no announcement that this would be the case. I was told to walk to another hotel and use their services. The lobby is attached to a restaurant, and cooking smells, including heavy frying odors, permeate the lobby. So, if you are sitting there waiting for, for example, your Uber, you will also smell like oil, etc.

This hotel which used to be a comfort in, the new name abita is trying to be a boutique hotel with the old flare Pros: minutes to the beach Restaurants and bars are within walking distance 25.00 per day food voucher big bonus Food was amazing Bar was small, but great drinks Area felt very safe Cons: the hotel pool during our stay had no sun, so we did not get to enjoy the pool area at all The room air conditioner was very loud Bring some ear plugs Our cloths were always damp The bathroom , there was only a small sink with nowhere for 2 women to put their stuff Very disappointing Checkout , computer was slow so took 15 minutes to settle up and it was just me checking out Good thing we used up our food voucher prior to our last day as the restaurant is closed on mondays They could use better signage for hours of operation Its an ok place , pictures on line make it look cuter than what it actually is Our bathroom resembled nothing like it showed in the pictures
