The only “big inconvenience” is that the bar at the pool area close at 5pm!!! And the bar at the property close at 10pm!! This is and adult only hotel, they need to do something about it. Everything else was great.

We didn't like it because around the pool we saw rats and cockroaches at night; We found the room with a dirty floor and I notified the reception so they could clean it and they never did; The receptionist named Danielle was very rude and treated us in a very disrespectful manner, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was an amazing place! The staff especially Winnifred whom helped us at the restaurant everyday; was phenomenal. The valet parking workers were amazing and personable. They gave great suggestions and were super attentive. It’s hard to want to leave as they make it feel like home!

Overall it was a nice boutique style hotel. Service and food was good however it was advertised as an adult only hotel and this was not the case. Many families with children stayed at the hotel.
