This hotel is a great inexpensive option right in the middle of the excitement of San Juan and only a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the room and common areas were clean and bright. There was also someone at the front desk 24 hour a day for security and help. There are a few first-come parking spots on the hotel property and when there wasn’t one available we easily found a spot on the street. I would happily stay here again on our next trip!

This is a clean and convenient hotel with comfortable beds. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day. It’s a 2 block walk to the beach and the neighborhood feels safe for walking. There were lots of loud noises during the night (maybe doors or windows slamming? It was quite windy), so I wouldn’t recommend room 26 for a quiet night. Maybe ask which rooms are quiet.

Great, clean stay close to beach

Room was large and clean for 2 people! There was always someone at the front desk and they were helpful checking us in. Location was great just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and we felt super safe here. Room is keyless with an app, but they send instructions on how to set up before so no problems. Walls are thin so can hear some things, but not a huge issue.

In rooms, there are no soap bar, facecloths, tissue, coffee maker, extra blanket, hair conditioner or cups (glasses). Breakfast option is only toast, butter and coffee. One key room and if you lose it- ridiculous fee. (As well, not their fault but the stench from the pooled liquid near front door was like raw sewage.) I would never recommend this property and will not return.

toilet needed repair upon arrival. tv lost internet. bkfst was coffe w powdered creamer & loaf of bread w communal jar of jelly. loud groups screaming all nite. no cups ,tissues in room .checked out in a.m. charged for 3 nites
