While the riom itself was nice, I turned on the bathroom sink faucet and it would've close. No one on site to fix it so they just shut off the water to the sink. Then, toilet backed up and water overflowed onto bathroom floor. I reported it at 8am. Someone came with a plunger and unclogged the toilet. I askes to send someone to mop and clean bathroom so we could shower and clean up. No one came until after 10am. Was told there were no housekeeping personnel working before that and that's why it took so long. By that time, we were checking out so had to leave for the airport without showering. Staff very nice and apologetic, but completely incompetent to handle any kind of emergencies.

The hotel was absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend, the front desk clerks were rude and not understanding. Our room was never cleaned so once we kindly asked 3 hotel clerks (front desk were notified) to please clean it, no one ever came by after 4 days of staying there.
