The location is very convenient and pleasant. While the front desk staff and housekeeping provided excellent service, the hospitality of some staff members at the breakfast and evening reception fell short of expectations. The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, as they were the same each day.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel—the staff was great, the room was nice, and I loved the view. I also really enjoyed the pool. However, the beach was dirty for three days, and it wasn’t cleaned until Thursday after several people complained. One thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that people from outside, who weren’t paying guests, were allowed to use the pool. Many of them brought speakers with loud music and occupied all the seats. When I go on vacation, I want to relax and not deal with crowds, especially since my husband and I work hard and live in New York, where we’re constantly surrounded by people. Vacations should be about relaxing and enjoying the beach and pool in peace.

Everything was "okay". Only 1 place to get food at any given time (except at night). It's a hotel in a gated community...there are a few businesses in the area, including bowling, a casino, go carts (which weren't open yet), billiards. The beach is small, but not bad. They sprayed chemicals for insects on the plants (without warning) while we were lounging at the pool - I wasn't happy about that. Food is not cheap. Getting to/from airport is about $60-$75 each way.
