Parking is quite expensive but should be complementary for guests. The hotel should also remove the $40 resort fee as it is not a resort and the amenities and ‘free happy hour’ does not justify the additional cost.

Did not like having to pay property fees of $27 have no idea what for and also surprised with a $16 per day parking fee we didn’t know about before booking. Beds and pillows super comfy, close to beach and restaurants, very safe area. Not a fan of the extra fees though.

The staff was very pleasant. What I didn't like was the bed and pillows. The bed was hard. I actually woke up with a back ache my first night. We had to request extra pillows because they were loose. With pressure applied from sleeping they were lumpy. Made for uncomfortable sleep.

For my purpose being on the island, family situation, and not a vacation, hotel was great, and very convenient everywhere I needed to be! The breakfast is filling, and it was a decent place overall! Not far from the beach!

Hotel is beautiful, all the areas of the hotel including rooms, and lobby’s very organized clean and very comfortable. All hotel stuff amazing helpful and kind. Except for the two front desk employees very rude, nastiness, not a positive attitude, unapproachable, I said good bye and thank you for everything 3 times and they both ignore me completely. They also charged me extra for the parking areas which is did not use. Their names are Stephanie and Jessica. Please make take care of this issue … the hotel experience and customer service can be easily ruined for this kind of employees. Thank you, Monica Ospina
