I love the front desk, they were very helpful and knowledgeable when being asked. The biggest disappointment during our stay was housekeeping or room service. On our second day, i asked for one but none came. I placed another ticket, then another one but still wasnt done. Me and my kids purposely left the room hoping they would come and clean but theu only left fresh towels but the dirty dishes and crumbs are still all over the room! I could go on and on but i dont want to sound so negative.
