All of the staff members were attentive and warm. The hotel space and rooms were very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was a plus! Definitely would stay again!

Worst stay ever

I was there three days before I asked why my room has not been cleaned since my don’t disturb sign was no on door and then forth day I had no clean towels and had dinner reservations I called down for towels cause there where none in room and I called down at 420 and my towels well came at 620 pm and I missed my dinner reservation all because housekeeping did not do there jobs

All the staff was incredibly friendly. The free breakfast was a nice added bonus. Parking should be cheaper considering it is shared with the casino and it can be hard to find a parking spot. There is nowhere near by for late night food unless you get fast food or travel down the block to more unsafe area.

It’s about 15/20 minutes from San Jaun, but overall stay was great! Staff are very bilingual, and welcoming.. breakfast was different every morning and good.. there was a mall, grocery store, and food places very close by.. overall stay was a 9/10 because of distance from san jaun

This is a good comfortably hotel, although you need to have a car. The area around is not very walkable and it has a major arterial in front of the hotel. Two details were not great during my stay. Water pressure was low and internet was down.

We loved our stay here at the Hyatt. Staff were very nice and the cleaning staff checked on us daily to ensure we had enough water, towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and I liked that we could control the air in the room. The free breakfast was nice. They even have a little snack bar for late night runs if you need it. Ubers are very easy to get to and from here if you don’t rent a car which we did not. We would stay here again.

This was a great stay, we did have a little issue in our first room but they definitely fixed the problem immediately and moved us to a better room. Staff were sweet and understanding.

The staff was great, the Free breakfast was the best part of our stay. We noticed that the room linens were not cleaned/changed everyday. They would just fold the bed with the same sheets. We knew because we found a bottle cap underneath the the linens on the 2nd day there.
