I have mixed feelings.
The hotel is in a great location in front of the beach. The building needs some serious maintenance and work. The windows and glass doors need some cleaning to be done. The renovation looks incomplete. Some things are new, some are not and need replacing. The staff is friendly but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I stayed for three nights overall it was ok when you come there they don’t really give you a lot of information on things nobody told us anything about breakfast or food period they don’t have a shuttle the shower was nice beach access good but I give it a 6/10 overpriced windows were dirty our floor wasn’t mopped the whole trip

The property is a hidden gem. The rooms and customer service are excellent. Direct access to the beach make it a great place to relax and is located in a quiet, calm area.

The property was nice , loved how close it was to the beach. The staff was accommodating but I did run into an issue where I ordered the birthday package that came with balloons, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and they did not have that ready for me at all once I arrived even thought they mentioned that they would have, but after going to the lobby a few times for a reminder, eventually they did. Overall a nice stay and I do recommend anyone looking to enjoy the Isla Verde area of Puerto Rico to stay here !

Beautiful property although the pictures look slightly better than the actual property. Was told they did not have transportation but the very first sign in the lobby was them offering transportation so they need to get thst corrected overall i would give them a 4.8

Beautiful hotel facing the beach. Seems like they still have some work to do. The pool on the bottom is amazing but the roof top needs to be finished or completed. I would stay here again. My room was really nice
