This property was great! Everything was very clean, and modern. The proximity to the airport was awesome. The only thing I would change, is maybe a new mattress. Softer than I would like. But overall, this is an awesome place.

This has to probably be the worst place yet, I arrived to the place on thursday 8/22 and I tried contacting the owner of the property a day before and I never received an answer back or anything. I get to the place the 22nd and they aren’t answering at all and was left outside the area for over 2hrs. This is honestly a scam DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

They double booked my room and then went on vacation didnt leave anyone on charge and wouldnt answer my phone calls. Really bad service was left out on the street after being confirmed that same day.

There's no one to greet the guest , the lack of communication is outstanding. There's no amenities, and when they say free bottles of water, it's only two for the length of of your stay. While your stay you must keep the lobby door locked with key, also your room. They over book the rooms to the point where a man almost entered a room where two ladies where sleeping.

When and if i visit PR again i will DEFINITELY stay with Segovia again. I love the way to access our room and i love the room the space was designed perfectly. i love the easy text communication. i love that it is was in a local area i felt included like home away from home.
