We arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel was easy for the taxi to get to. Overnight reception just ok (maybe tired!). We paid for a balcony, which consisted of a small piece of roof with tall walls overlooking a freeway. Not worth getting. Daytime personnel was very kind and helpful with questions.

Arrived at the property 30 mins before check in time and was told the room was still being cleaned and it would only be a few minutes. I waited over 2 hours to finally get checked in to my room. All of the staff kept giving me different answers on why the room was still being cleaned. The room is smaller than a studio. Once in the room you could tell they used old mop water to clean the floors. The balcony is looks horrible. Chipped paint. Mold and mildew everywhere. Overall the area was great place to stay but the hotel was not. That will be my first and last time staying there.

Everyone was professional and kind. From the front desk service in checking us in, trying to accommodate us for a late check-out/actually checking us out, to the dinner staff... everyone was truly very nice! The only complaint we have about our room was the shower only had scalding hot or freezing water, there was no in between. Not sure if this was just a problem with our room (510). But really amazing service we loved it here!!!! Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Over charged (as per the rate on the room wall). The check-in and check-out was painfull! They were all trainees and knew nothing. Spent hours just waiting for them to be trained at the front desk. Never got our final bill Emailed to us as promised. The bartender was fantastic. The rooms were mostly clean but the floor had a lot of sand in areas plus no blankets for some of the beds.
