The room rates per night were extremely high. They had been inflated because it was a special occasion weekend in town, which is ridiculous and unfair. That said, I would hope that given the very high rates, the room bathroom would at least be clean, there would be glassware in the room and the patron wouldn't have to ask for housekeeping to make up the room. Also, the hotel probably shouldn't brag online about the rooms having a "view from the balcony" when that view is of the garbage dumpster in the parking lot.

We regretted reserving the room via Expedia. Grossly overpaid for the room (due to supply/demand issue). The clerk felt bad that we got overcharged and said she would have given us a discount had we not booked via Expedia. But the real issue was the fact that they did not clean/make up the room and when we asked why, they replied that unless we request in advance, they don't bother!!! No one informed about this little rule. They sent someone as a after thought to pickup the room - failed to replace empty tissue box, no bottled water, coffee maker that was broken did not get replaced, as requested - all in all terrible worst hotel experience, ever!!!

The hotel was in a great location, right next door to the place i had an event and close to the highway so it made traveling easy. the room was good quality, the beds were comfy and the rooms were tidy.

No USB plugins inside the room. Pool was advertised as heated and was chilly. Booked it for the pool for my kids. They only have 1 EV charging station and it’s slower than ever. Not convenient for quick travel in the morning. I’ll need to charge yo somewhere else before driving home. I’d stay downtown next time to be close and walkable to shops. It’s clean but a tad expensive for what you get. It’s fine but not what I expected.

Very clean Great Breakfast Only thing I didn’t like is that I had a room with a handicap accessible bathroom and the shower was extremely awkward. I couldn’t set it for standing. Unless you were sitting on the fold down seat the shower head wouldn’t hit you But other than that always a great place to stay

Not a comfortable stay
Not a great experience. Room had a dirty smell/odor, door was already ajar when we arrived. Room was facing the street which is loud and noisy in the early am. There’s also a light in the balcony that stays on all night, which is disturbing. If you choose to stay here I would stay away from the front row of rooms. Breakfast was decent.
