Idea for interim trash removal
The hotel cleans the rooms every third day. On one hand I agree with this form of service as it reduces consumption of water, keeps costs lower for the hotel and by extension for me. I don’t change my linens daily at home so why should I expect them to be changed daily in a hotel. Having said this, it would be nice if there were a garbage bag in the room so I could empty the bathroom and bedroom trash receptacles daily or every couple days when they fill up. The filled larger bag could be placed in the hall and picked up by housekeeping overnight.

The room was dirty, the bedsheets were inside out. The bathroom had a leak and the bathroom would not flush. We called the front desk, the handyman came and said it was fine and there was no leak. My husband had to open the water it was shut. We werent offered someone to come clean the leak instead we were handed extra towels to clean it ourselves. This was beyond unacceptable. I have stayed here various times when visiting family but will not be back.

This was my 4th time staying here. 1st time was amazing, second time was great, 3 rd was ok, this time was awful. Room smelled, floor was dirty, I just couldn’t sleep. A very bad experience. I’ll try to stay one more time.

Overall it was an ok stay. The staff was great but a couple things unfortunately stood out. First our bathroom door looked like someone punch a hole through it and 2nd the next morning we go down stairs to have some breakfast and the place was closed. The front desk said “something happened” so no food today (Sunday). We had to drive somewhere to get something to eat.
