We really like this hotel. My only complaint is the lack of USB ports. There was only one in the room which is very unusual. We actually needed 4. Even the desk in the room had no USB ports. Very disappointing.

Our 3rd floor had too much traffic noise. Asked the desk for another quieter room at 10 pm . He said they were booked up and nothing available. He offered me a pair of ear plugs.I then asked for a refund ;if we would move out. He said to ask manager the next day?? He had no idea about refund policy. So we got no sleep. When you spend $200 for a room you expect a nice quiet environment. I'll skip Marriot Properties in the future.
