Very nice hotel in San Miguel. Location is perfect, very close to city center, walk to the main attractions and restaurants, shops. However, the room is small, without chair and table to place you basic stuff. I feel it is overpriced.

Great location, great price!
We really enjoyed our time in San Miguel de Allende and our time at Hotel Madi. Very easy to walk around the downtown área, parking a bit inconvenient because the lot is 5 blocks away but we used the valet, delicious and very complete breakfast included, clean rooms (but no window) and nice, cool pool on the rooftop to relax, get some sun and enjoy some drinks!

Unorganized, especially during breakfast. Breakfast was complimentary, however the menu had options that were not part of the complimentary breakfast. The server kept asking everyone what’s your room number, messed up our orders, took over 1 hour and 30 min to bring our breakfast and was incorrect. The rooms are extremely small. If you’re booking a double bed room and the name of each person is not on the reservation they will charge you an additional $50.00 per person per night. Overall, beautiful city wrong hotel

My stay here was amazing!! the location is 2 blocks away from the main downtown area. The hotel is very beautiful, our room was beautiful, clean and perfect. Their breakfast here is amazing, we had breakfast here every single day, staff was very friendly. They also have a pool and a bar area. (I didn't have any other food here besides breakfast). The hotel staff helped. us get a taxi on our way to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place and if Im here at San Miguel again I would stay here. Thank you so much for such a nice pleasant stay.
