It was very convenient to get everywhere. The staff were lovely. The valet broke the windshield of my car and didn't tell me. I didn't report it because, if he didn't report it, he would lie.

The Hotel is very clean , great location and the staff super helpful., my only complain is the internet is very low ., we try to watch TV shows or Netflix and we couldn’t., bks it was super slow and it lost connection very easily..but I really enjoyed my stay ., I would book again there

The pillows are extremely hard so I slept without them and San Miguel was celebrating San Miguel Arcangel and they had fireworks 'til 5am and since this hotel is right there next to the Plaza, we weren't able to sleep well. But, any other occasion, hotel is very well situated, staff are very nice and I do recommend.

It is probably the best location in town, however, the rooms don´t have AC and the property does not have any cafeteria or restaurant. For this reason, the room price per night is not justified, because if they are charging at between 150 to 200 USD one should expect at least to have AC in the room, specially with current weather conditions of 36 celsius.

Beautiful property. Kindest people. Horrible WIFI. Wifi only works in the courtyard and lobby. One of the most expensive hotels in the region why not provide your guests with decent internet.

I really enjoyed my staying with my mother for the first time at the beginning of June. I tried making reservations for December but unfortunately the property was not available. The only thing that this hotel is missing is a restaurant to have a free breakfast for customers during the stay but other than that everything was great. The friendly staff like Daniel and Juan Antonio were so helpful at all times. Thank you everyone.

My wife and I stayed at La Morada for seven nights in late May and Early June, 2023. We liked the hotel's excellent location, only a few steps from San Miguel de Allende's central square, our room was large and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and efficient.

Was fine but would stay somewhere else next time.
We had to change rooms 4 times!!!! Room #1 no A/C; room #2 A/C ran out of coolant while we were out; room #3 the A/C blew air but it was not cool; room #4 was fine. The staff was helpful with all of this but it was ridiculously annoying. Room #4 had no iron or ironing board so I had to request and did finally get. The hotel is in a great location.
