Very convenient to main area of town. Extremely helpful staff which caught a flight mistake I made. Arranged a wonderful private tour and airport transfers for us. Exterior property needs some attention. Highly recommend.

Staff gave wrong directions and bad advice.. wasted our time driving to the hot spring during mid day where we even see it. Hotel was good for location and generally clean.

Fantastic facilities and amenities, and very helpful staff. They upgraded our room and offered VIP amenities automatically. Excellent breakfast and great food at Casa Paniri, their in-house restaurant. Absolutely loved their complimentary coffee and tea station for guests. Beautiful rooms and even the crib for the baby was really nice. Would be nice if they could provide an electric kettle in the room upon request to make sterilizing baby bottles easier.

Amazing space in the middle of the desert
Amazing hideout in the middle of the desert ! All the staff were very very helpful and attentive, room was extremely comfortable and clean ! WiFi worked really well and breakfast and restaurant food was great ! Highly recommended and would love to come back !

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Perfect for resting and drinking some tasty pisco sours. But the infrastructure is a bit dated, so it doesn’t feel very luxurious and can be a bit uncomfortable. The staff was the best though!

The NOI Atacama was wonderful! So peaceful and quiet. The rooms were great - nice size and excellent amenities. The VIP upgrade was so nice - light refreshments and a bottle of wine greeted us. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is one of the best hotels in town, where you get picked up for your daily tours. It is really quiet, we enjoyed a great experience! It is located at walking distance from the shopping stores and restaurants, and they also offer bikes at no cost. Very good food at the onsite restaurant (breakfast was included), and staff provide great service and recommendations around the tours.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly but the hotel could use some upgrades. I would not recommend the restaurant and the internet was almost non-existent. The pool was freezing cold. However, other properties in town would probably have the same issues.

i got a room downgrade i didn’t even know that was possible. i stayed at a nice room the first night and the second night the only male concierge i can’t remember his name. he was rude throughout my whole stay. made such an amazing trip become a bad memory. i would not go back to this hotel as i was looking for a luxury get away that means a good relaxing time and i got stress and bad attitudes.
