1-bedroom luxury apartment with a large balcony (partial beach view) and direct access to the beach (1-minute walk). Ideal for couples or families (up to 4 people) who want to relax, unwind, and unplug, or experience the laid-back local life in Dominicus and Bayahibe (5 and 10-minute drive).

The apartment is on the second floor of the second building block. The bedroom has a King-size bed and a small balcony with a view of the beach too. There is a double-size sofa cama in the living room for 1 or 2 extra guests.

Equipped with premium kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer, 2 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Alexa, and air conditioning (A/C). A new workstation in the bedroom. The main balcony has a sofa set, hammock, gas BBQ grill, and ceiling fan. You can take our paddle-board to the sea to enjoy any time.

There's free high-speed Wi-Fi in the Beach Club area and plenty of sun loungers and beach chairs with umbrellas or under coconut palms and trees. The restaurant and bar serve food and cocktails at the Beach Club and pool areas from 8 am to 7 pm. It offers 40+ dishes.

The condominium is still under development as shown in the panoramic photo. There is construction Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. but it does not interfere with the Beach Club. The condominium and Dominicus area are very safe.

Unlike most all-inclusive resorts, which are crowded and do not allow you to be in the sea and pool in the evening, here you can enjoy the pool and the sea all day even after 6 p.m.

There's usually little to no sargassum or seaweed compared to Punta Cana, as the East National Park peninsula and Saona Island are natural barriers to The Great Atlantic Sargassum Belt.

The condominium has a water purification system as tap water in the Dominican Republic is not potable, but we also provide a 5-gallon water jug for free for your safety.

Plenty of free parking is available. There is a security guard 24/7. It’s a gated community and the property itself and surroundings are safe. Dominicus is just a 25-minute drive from La Romana, a 50-minute drive from Punta Cana airport, and a 1:10-hour drive from Santo Domingo airport.

The closest mini-markets are in Dominicus Beach town (a 5-minute drive). They accept credit card payments and some offer home delivery.

Underwater environments near Dominicus-Bayahibe have extensive coral reefs, seagrass beds, and sandy bottoms, with over 20 official dive sites, including 3 shipwrecks: St. George, an amazing deep wreck, the Atlantic Princess, a smaller wreck accessible for all levels of divers, and Coco. There are also scuba diving sites around Isla Catalina (Catalina Wall and Aquarium).

The hurricane season begins on June 1st and ends on November 30th. Check the current tropical cyclone activity online by searching "National Hurricane Center".
