Pior experiência que vivemos
Péssima experiência. Chegamos ao hotel e nossa reserva foi totalmente ignorada, pois o quarto que ficaríamos foi entregue para outra pessoa. Além disso, nenhuma solução foi oferecida pelo hotel, que poderia nos realocar em outro lugar. Ju, ainda, que não recebe mais reservas pela internet e que isso já havia acontecido com outras pessoas. Para completar, havíamos viajado o dia inteiro, chovia e era feriado de carnaval. Só achamos outra acomodação em outra cidade, 100 km de distância.
