Beautiful stay, excellent staff.
My wife and I had an exceptional time staying at Coco surf Village. The property is beautiful and maintained very well.Aura the staff went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with customer service. I utilize a wheelchair and could not find any hotels that could accommodate me, the staff at this hotel worked with me to ensure that I could use the pool, that the cabana was as accessible as possible. They even built a ramp so that I could use the cabanas, they installed it within a day after measuring my wheelchair. I’ve never experienced such attention and professionalism. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to El Salvador, the roads are being redone so it’s a bit bumpy on the way in but it’s close to the other playas and a new shopping center for convenience. The gate is guarded for peace of mind and there are quiet hours at night. It’s a calm, relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. Thank you to coco surf, my wife and I will absolutely stay again.

Overall Coco Surf was great. The only thing is, I wish there was dining on site, and sometimes there would be bad smells coming from the bathroom. Like it was coming from the drains or something. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time there. Lastly, this has nothing to do with Coco Surf, but with the location. It was a little difficult to find Uber drivers, so plan ahead or be prepared to wait longer than normal for a pick up.

This was my second time in this property and the first time was absolutely amazing. the second time was very disappointing. The bathroom towels were dirty when we arrived. The room had dirt on the floor like someone from landscape entered the room with dirty shoes. The property is really nice, just not cleaned when arrived.

Excellent stay! Clean, private, access to the beach, definitely a place I will visit in the near future. Communication with Aura was great! I. Like leave the property anytime and the guard always was there to open the garage door24/7. I would suggest to add a few more silverware and/or small plates, cups (nothing major)

The place is not bad the street that leads into it is very scary especially at night not maintained at all very rough neighborhood and the apartment was ok not as clean as it should be pillows and sheets aren’t very clean smell old and bad the stove is a tiny cooktop doesn’t work well the worst is the beach entrance it’s a pile of trash never maintained just a pile of rocks and trash the staff is very nice but for the cost doesn’t reflect the quality that the main reason for this review

Amazing little villa with amazing service. The property is very well maintained and spotless. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable. Fully air conditioned! Our room had living room and kitchen which was cool. 1 pools and and my kids love the place.

This hotel is very relaxing and is only a few feet from the beach. It has a small dining area inside the villa which is great if you want to stay in and enjoy food in your villa. However there isn’t many dining areas nearby so plan accordingly if you are looking for something quick to eat.
