Reservé 3 habitaciones de las cuales 2 de ella tenían problemas de drenaje en los baños y olían muy mal. Pero en general la limpieza, comodidad y amenidades estuvo muy bien. Volvería a hospedarme tomando en cuenta lo de los baños.

Very good for a short stay in the city. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The pool was very refreshing and the beer & snacks very good. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Don’t go there!!

Very bad odor from the shower. Bathroom overall not clean. No shampoo, soap and conditioner neither towels. Finally they bring towels, shampoo, and soap. No conditioner. 3 nights there and we could’t cancel.

The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed with how noisy the hotel was. There was definitely work being done. Lots of loud hammering and banging noises. It was done way too early in the morning. No one wants to be woken up at 7am by hammering when they are on vacation. They could have started the work later in the day as not to interfere with the guests sleep.

Great hotel

I recently stayed at Ramada Inn and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. The restaurant team was particularly amazing and accommodating, ensuring that all my dining needs were met. However, I do want to mention a couple of observations. Unfortunately, construction work began daily at 7 AM, including Saturdays, which involved loud hammering that woke me up early. Additionally, ambiental music started playing around 6 to 6:30 AM, making it difficult to sleep in. I also noticed some employees singing along in the hallways, and the music looped the same songs, which wasn't very pleasant. Despite these issues, I still give Ramada Inn a 5-star rating for its exceptional staff and service. If the noise situation can be addressed, it would make for an even better experience!

This hotel comes highly recommended due to its excellent cost-benefit ratio. The staff is incredibly kind and always supportive, greeting guests with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The only area for improvement would be some minor upgrades in specific areas of the facility.
