Very spacious with a living area of ​​225 m², we have built large living spaces. You will have the Provencal garden of 3000 m², fenced and closed by an automatic gate, you can enjoy the calm with confidence.

The house is built on a slightly sloping ground and is on the ground floor on each level.

Sanary is lovely
We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and totally loved the spacious comfortable property with the beautiful vegetation, and its peaceful environment. We also appreciated the efficient air conditioning and the excellent wifi signal throughout the property. Catherine is a charming hostess, very discrete and flexible. We would love to return to this beautiful home. It was an amazing week for us all.

Magnifique vue sur la mer. Maison parfaite pour des retrouvailles en famille. La maison est ancienne avec quelques imperfections mais a un véritable charme. On aimerait posséder la même.

agréable maison
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à sanary dans cette superbe maison de famille à la vue exceptionnelle.Avec de jeunes enfants nous avons été obligés de nous deplacer en voiture la plage et le centre etant un petit peu eloignés.mais la maison est très belle avec son jardin aux essences méditeraneennes et sa piscine de bonne taille.

Un temps n’ayant pas permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine mais une maison agréable avec de multiples terrasses. Trop grande pour nous (faite pour 8 et nous étions 2 avec un chat). Au calme. Parfait pour des vacances hors du tumulte quotidien.

schöner Ort, freundliche Betreuung!
Das Haus und der Umschwung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Während unserem Aufenthalt gab es in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Der Lärm war zwischendurch doch lästig. Ansonsten können wir das Haus aber sehr empfehlen!

Maison très sympathique avec terrasse ensoleillée
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison de plein pied très pratique, l'équipement nécessiterait un peu de renouvellement, notamment la cuisine (verres et couverts) et les parasols. Le Wi-Fi se déconnecte très souvent. Cette maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est très bien placée (mais voiture indispensable). Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr schön, gross und ruhig gelegen. Rund ums Haus gibt es viel gepflegtes Grün, so ist die Privatsphäre gewährleistet. Der grosse und saubere Pool war ein grosses High-Light (Tiefe 1-2m). Wir haben oft draussen oder im grossen Wintergarten gegessen. Es gibt auch ein Platz zum Boccia spielen. Ein Platz zum Fussball spielen ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben eine Tour gebucht, da konnten wir Delphine und Grindwale sehen. Die Wale konnten man sogar streicheln, da sie bis nah zum Boot gekommen sind. Unsere beiden Söhne (14 und 11 jährig) waren auch begeistert. Wir waren auch tauchen, Quad und Kart fahren und klettern im Kletterpark. Sanary und Bandol haben einiges zu bieten. Ein Ausflug nach Marseille lohnt sich auch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank Catherine, wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.

Grande maison de famille
Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Belle maison de famille avec une partie nuit à l'étage et une partie nuit au sous-sol surélevé : idéal pour une famille avec des enfants ou des ados. Coin piscine très sympa et à l'abri de tous regards. Une belle terrasse couverte avec une partie terrasse donnant sur la baie de Sanary. Sanary est à 2,9 kms à pied et Bandol à 4. Et le must : un superbe figuier !!! Une belle location et l'accueil est très agréable. À conseiller sans hésitation.

oui j'ai adoré
c'est effectivement une grande maison familiale de charme elle est ancienne mais confortable quand même l'accueil est chaleureux et la propriétaire donne de précieux conseils l'environnement est parfait pour passer des vacances tranquilles avec ses petits enfants je recommande donc cette location qui est bien placée au milieu des oliviers mais près des plages et des commerçants bonnes vacances

Excellent house for relaxing vacations
This is a very beautiful and comfortable house that is even better than in the pictures. The house has everything you need and the layout is very convenient if you have visitors as the two floors are independent. The beds are very comfortable. We loved having breakfast and meals in the terrace. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and you need a car to go to the beach or do your shopping. Catherine is an excellent host and she was always available if you have an inconvinient. Our kids loved the swiming pool and playing in the garden. We would love to come here.
