You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Sanibel is very much still devastated by hurricane Ian and this unit is the ONLY unit renovated in the condo, and one of the few on the Island. The unit is gorgeous but the lanai has no permanent railing, not suitable for kids. The pool is not done and the building's hall and elevators are dirty, with contractor traffic and noise. The boardwalk to the beach is not restored but they've brought in all new, clean sand for the public beach and it's gorgeous. The sand near the condo still has debris. There are many restaurants now open on the island, but most are still closed. I have bikes and beach items you can use.

During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of J. N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. The condo offers 3.5 bathrooms and a microwave.
