House 5 completely in wood log plank. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, big red cozy sofa, cozy corner seat, fully equipped comfortable kitchen. Bathroom with shower / WC, sauna utility room with WAMA, dryer. Fully enclosed grounds with terrace and. Small garden. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony) for total 6 people, bathroom with shower / WC. The house is only 300 m to the ski slopes, 250 m from the center with shops and a few meters to the trails. The house is located in a quiet hillside with stunning mountain views; Hiking and culture, sport and relaxation are very important here. The Moosham Castle is a World Heritage Site. The Aineck Katschberg ski area is nearby. In winter, enjoy the wonderful winter hiking, skiing, and horse-drawn sleigh. Also cross-country skiing are nearby. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails and sports like cycling, paragliding, whitewater rafting etc. The houses combine both the ambience of a cabin and the comfort of an upscale house.
The golf course is just 2 km away. The 18 hole golf course St. Michael / Katschberg adjacent to St. Margarethen. In harmony with the landscape with ponds, wetlands and floodplains lets golfers' hearts beat faster. Among connoisseurs and connoisseurs it is already considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country with its flat fairways at high altitude and the natural obstacles.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Wetter hat uns leider während unseres Aufenthalts nicht verwöhnt, wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhaus ist schön und ruhig gelegen und hat durch die Blockbauweise eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können (Messer, Kochgeschirr..) - die fehlenden Gegenstände wurden aber auf Nachfrage freundlich und schnell ersetzt. Die Punktabzüge kommen hauptsächlich deshalb zustande, weil die ausgeschriebenen Preise für die Zusatzbuchungen niedriger waren als die tatsächlich geforderten Preise vor Ort.
