Vacanza in Sardegna 2023
Ringrazio Gilberto per la sua disponibilità e racconti fantastici sulla Sardegna siamo stati benissimo la casa rimane in una zona di campagna molto tranquilla lontano da rumori ampio giardino dove il mio cano giocava tranquillo l'unico consiglio per un futuro se fosse possibile recintare tutto mettendo anche il cancello per chiudere sarebbe il top . Maison authentique
Très bon accueil de Gilberto. La maison est très bien située si vous voulez découvrir de très jolies plages. Il faut aimer la mer et les coins arides pour apprécier cette partie de la Sardaigne. C'est une région très tranquille où vous ne serez pas envahi par le flot des touristes. La maison est très rustique, et aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement au niveau de la cuisine et d'une aide à Gilberto pour le ménage. Gilberto est le coup de coeur de la maison.

Excellent
Gilberto est un hôte d'une immense gentillesse, extrêmement chaleureux, passionné de son île et qui plus est parle bien le français ! Il nous avait laissé plusieurs choses à boire et à manger ce qui a été très appréciable ! Le logement est parfaitement situé pour visiter le sud de la sardaigne, les plages sont proches. Bref je recommande vivement !

POSTO TRANQUILLO E MOLTO RISERVATO
L'accoglienza di Gilberto è stata eccellente e ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin da subito. Conversare con lui è molto piacevole, stimola l'immaginazione e le sue esperienze diventano quasi racconti, anzi poesie, un Poeta e un Signore d'altri tempi. Il posto è molto tranquillo, lontano dai rumori della strada, pur essendo questa molto vicina e comodissima per raggiungere tutte le innumerevoli calette e spiagge di questa parte di Isola ...bellissima! La proprietà di Gilberto è fornita di ogni cosa necessaria per un soggiorno di completo relax. Molto bello anche cenare all'aperto, osservando un bellissimo cielo stellato, insomma tutto bellissimo.

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla ideale per una vacanza in totale relax . Anche se antiquata è dotata di tutti i comfort. Il sig Gilberto è una persona molto accogliente e l’unico suggerimento che posso dare sarebbe da rivedere l’arredo del giardino. Tante grazie da mia moglie ed io, consigliamo questa casa nella speranza di ritornarci.

Vacanze settembrine.
Siamo stati ospiti di Gilberto per 15 giorni a settembre. La casa è un po' vecchiotta ma piatti, posate, bicchieri e pentole sono nuovi e di ottima fattura. molto rifornita di lenzuola, asciugamani e tovaglie da tavola. La comunicazione con Gilberto è stata ottima.

La casa está bien ubicada respecto al pueblo y las playas si se quiere disfrutar de un retiro en el campo, pero está adosada a otra casa y una tercera se encuentra muy próxima. El jardín que aparece en las fotos está completamente descuidado. No es césped verde, sino pasto seco. El interior de la casa se corresponde con las fotos, salvo que en las fotos parece limpio. A nuestra llegada todo estaba cubierto de polvo y en los rincones abundaban las telarañas. La cocina estaba sucia, muy sucia, así como el menaje, que tuvimos que lavar antes de poder usar, ya que había sido guardado sin limpiar. El baño también estaba sin limpiar, incluida la ducha que estaba llena de tierra. Para poder usarlo hubo que fregarlo entero antes. Los colchones de la habitación en la que están las literas son insufribles. A partir de que amanece la casa deja de ser tranquila y comienzan los ruidos en el techo y paredes del salón. Pensábamos que eran pájaros anidando en la chimenea y se lo comentamos al propietario. Más tarde descubrimos que eran ratones, ya que se descolgaron a través del cableado de la lámpara del salón y cayeron en los sofás. Como elemento positivo a destacar, diremos que el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Hay dos aparatos bien ubicados para mantener la casa a una temperatura agradable. En fin, que tras leer los buenos comentarios íbamos con una idea distinta de la casa.

Très bien
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à sant’anna Arresi. La maison est comme sur les photos, les lits faits et tout le nécessaire sur place. La maison est à 3 minutes en voiture de la plage de porto pino, 3 minutes du centre du village où l’on trouve toutes les commodités (supermarché pizzéria glacier pâtisserie tabac etc). La région est très belle et Gilberto saura vous conseiller les plus belles plages, les meilleures visites et vous dira même où trouver du bon vin sarde, il aime son île et connaît le coin par cœur, et en plus il parle assez bien français pour nous le faire partager ! Merci encore nous avons passé de superbes vacances !

Séjour de vacances très agréable.
Nous avons trouvé la location correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Bien située géographiquement, au calme, et présentant un bon confort avec tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre agréablement. De plus, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la convivialité de son propriétaire. Gilberto est un monsieur charmant, très attentif à ses locataires, avec lequel il est très intéressant de bavarder. Il nous serait très agréable de pouvoir y retourner lors d'un futur séjour en Sardaigne
