Staff is incredibly rude. The girl at the check in desk made everyone who arrived even a few minutes early sit in the lobby and wait until 3pm on the dot for check in because there were "no rooms ready early". Magically at 3, everybody's room was ready and then we all had to wait in line to check in. So there was a long line resulting in a long wait to actually get checked-in. If you arrive anytime between 2:30-3:30 just expect a 15-20 minute delay of sitting in the lobby while they check everyone in. Additionally, you will be required to sign an electronic document stating that you will be charged $50 for any stains on towels, $1.50 for safe usage, and a long list of other ridiculous charges that are not typical at a hotel. The breakfast situation is BAD. There is one employee behind the counter who will serve you a pre-portioned breakfast, and even at 8am it was already cold. This is not one of those nice continental hotel breakfasts. At check out the staff would not give me a receipt since I booked through a third party, and they claimed to be a paperless company. I still have not received any check-out summary an hour after checking out, and I do not trust this property to not pull some sort of nonsense with additional charges.

The night we checked in, we were having trouble with checking in and the person checking us in at the front desk was not doing anything to try to assist in making it go smoother. She wasn’t very friendly or empathetic to the situation which just made the stay a little uncomfortable since it occurred right at the start of our stay. The room was a nice size; liked that it had a fridge and sink as a family checking in, liked the living room area/space, it was spacious in that aspect. The restroom had a bit of mold on the wall closest to the fan, and there were a lot of spiderwebs throughout the room in general. The property was fine, well maintained for the most part. This isn’t on the property’s fault but the trash cans throughout the property were filled to the brims EVERY morning from guests piling their trash even when seeing that the bin was clearly full. Parking was close and the parking lot in general was well lit, also liked that the property is gated off and locked after certain hours. Also liked that the property had an elevator.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The staff was consistently unresponsive to requests, making it difficult to address even basic concerns during my stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with several areas appearing neglected. The breakfast provided was particularly poor, both in quality and variety, failing to meet even minimal expectations. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We were there for 8 nights, they didnt come to clean the room once, and the breakfast was so average we only had it 3 or 4 times. Otherwise it was fine, we werent there much as we were out and about, its a budget hotel so cant really expect too much from it i guess? We came back at 11.30 and asked to buy water bottles and were sent to the next hotel, because the shop was "closed" - the guy just had to walk through a door to grab 2 water bottles and add them to the room?
