In the middle of downtown Solving and the outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful in the hot weather. An older, but updated motel with very friendly staff and daily room cleaning, The complimentary breakfast includes pastry, yogurt, instant oatmeal, coffee, tea, and juice. Because Solvang has a quiet at night, the room was quiet, too.

I actually did not stay I reserved a room at the site to arrive on the 28th and leave on the 29th. When I arrived on the 28th the hotel told me the reservation was set to arrive on the 27th and check out on the 28th . I contacted Expedia to let them know the situation and I was told there was nothing they could do. I would like to let who ever reads this at hotels.com that on the 27th I was actually staying in San Diego on a reservation set up thru hotels.com. If this is how hotels.com treats there customers I won’t be dealing with them in the future.

Situated slap band in the middle of Solvang. Easy parking, room was OK for 4 of us for 1 night. Hot tub was nice and hot in the evening to relax in. Breakfast was a little disappointing, there was not much choice.

Centrally located
Everything was within walking distance which was important to me because of my health. We weren't interested in attractions outside of town so it was nice to just park the car and leave it. Fridge and microwave were adequate for our needs. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Wish the towels at the pool were bigger and not just bath towels. Continental breakfast was good. All in all it was comfy and quiet even though we were right next to the 2nd busiest street in Solvang.

I enjoyed the danishes from the local bakery, and everything was within walking distance, which was perfect... kids really enjoyed the pool and dinner was amazing pool side with a mini fire pit in the middle. Kids really enjoyed the scavenger hunt provided by the hotel and the prize after that, family friendly hotel.... Will definitely be staying there again...

The most convenient place to stay in Solvang. Close to PCPA Theaterfest and right in the middle of downtown. Clean, not fancy but what I need for a long weekend in Solvang

This hotel is very well located in the center of town, with easy walking access to shopping/dining. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, We liked our ground floor room that opened onto the pool area. Breakfast was a light collection of items to get our day started. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A little disappointed
We have stayed in this hotel many times. We got the same room twice this year. It needs to be refurbished. Curtains are ripped, carpet worn, etc. other rooms have been improved , please fix this one. Staff swiped our card even though we prepaid so now we are trying to get it removed from our bill. Normally this place is great.

Amazing location in the heart of Solvang. Very clean and inviting property. Delicious and fresh pastries for breakfast included with your stay. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine in the room for convenience as well. Excellent experience for a one night booking. Everything is well thought out.
