Great place to stay in Santa Barbara
We enjoyed our two-night stay at Marina Beach. The motel has been nicely renovated and updated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The free bike rental was a terrific bonus since the motel is just about a block from the beach. Easy to get to by car and a great location from which to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Easy walk to the funk zone, Stearns Wharf, and other tourist destinations. Parking may be a bit tight for larger vehicles.

Well priced gem of a cottage motel
A gem of a little motel. My expectations for the very reasonable room rate were fairly low. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, new finishes throughout. The breakfast also included items not generally offered except at higher end hotels. I will definitely choose the Marina Beach Motel next time I'm in Santa Barbara.

Great little Inn
Stayed here for a single night as part of a stopover while driving Highway 1 from San Francisco to LA and so happy we chose to stay here. During the quick check in process we were given a map and ideas of places to visit, drink and eat during our short stay in stunning Santa Barbara from the check in staff. Great breakfast included the following morning too and the hotel staff had no issue with us leaving the car so we could explore for a few hours after the official check out time. I would strongly advise that anyone considering staying here books this as for the cost I doubt you will find somewhere better than this in Santa Barbara.

Very impressed with this property — it’s like a boutique hotel with their renovated rooms. Easy parking in front/ near your room door which was super convenient. Well-kept courtyard with grass and seating, along with patio tables and a porch swing which made for a cozy evening with tea. Breakfast was more varied than expected and much appreciated. Very easy walk to the harbor, State St, the Funk Zone and the beach and pier. Staff was all top notch and so helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was cute, clean, very home like! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also got to bring our dog (for a small fee) which we loved! They had a very nice complementary breakfast with coffee, and we were about an 8 min walk from state street. Would most definitely stay again.
