The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.The only thing that was unfortunate was that I was in an adjoining room and wasn't told this. There was a family in the adjoining room that was very loud. The breakast was great!

Check in was a breeze amd staff was friendly. They recommend a breakfast diner down the road and it was amazing. The property was clean and smelled like bleach when we first walked in. The only downside is that the area is a little sketchy and we had a guy outside our room yelling in the middle of the night.

Worst hotel ever stayed at

Worst place ive ever stayed. The beds were falling apart. It was so loud outside with a truck backing up beeping on and off. I will never stay here again. Bums all around as well.

The room was very nice and well maintained. Had a small issue with the TV but I think it was due to the previous stay. Check in was great and extra towels where provided as needed. The bathtub was very clean and met my expectations. Would recommend staying, I’ll definitely be back soon!

This hotel is a great choice for your trip and overnight stay! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay here. The hotel has a heated pool... a pleasant surprise! The hotel is located close to the main attractions of Santa Cruz! And most importantly, the hotel offered a great price for service!
